Notes :
There are so many Japanese dish name that I didn't translate. They are :

• Gyoza, a dumpling filled with ground meat (usually pork) and vegetables that wrapped in a thin dough. Originated from China, where they called by Jiaozi.
• Chahan, a Japanese fried rice. Originated from China immigrant around 1860's, and called chǎofàn (炒飯) in Chinese. Both Chinese and Japanese using the same character, but Japanese reading of it is chahan.
• Tonkotsu Ramen, originated from Fukuoka, Japan. The song is about Kyoto's Ramen, probably from the famous Kyoto Ramen Koji (also known as Kyoto Ramen street, a corridor of ramen shop under one roof).

"Shime no Raamen" (シメのラーメン) is a habit in Japan of having ramen after the business-related "Nomi-kai" drinking party. So "Shime no Raamen" can be roughly translated to "ramen as finishing dish"
